Sirena Tuna Burgers
A mouthwatering alternative to the beef burger, this zesty Sirena Tuna burger brings a fresh take to the crowd favourite.

What you'll need

| Sirena Tuna in Olive Oil | 425g |
| Fresh or dried breadcrumbs | 75g |
| Eggs | 2 |
| Onion, finely chopped | 1/2 |
| Spring onions | 2 |
| Grated parmesan | 25g |
| Fresh lemon juice | 1 tbsp |
| Capers, roughly chopped | 20g |
| Oregano | 1/4 tsp |
| Salt and pepper | To taste |
| Milk burger buns | 6 |
| Red cabbage, finely sliced | 1 handful |
| Rocket | 1 handful |
| Chilli mayo | To taste |
| Butter |
Instructions
Method
- Whisk eggs with lemon juice and add breadcrumbs, parmesan and seasoning. Leave to sit for a few minutes, then add tuna, onion, spring onion and herbs, seasoning further if needed. Mix together till firm.
- Sprinkle the capers over the mixture, then shape into six medium sized patties.
- Fry patties in butter on medium heat until golden brown.
- Serve in milk buns with chilli mayo, rocket and red cabbage.
