Arancini Sirena Tuna Balls

Arancini tuna balls

Coated in golden crumbs, each morsel is filled with cheesy, tuna goodness.

    What you'll need

    Ingredients Quantity
    95g Sirena Garlic Infused tuna 2
    Arborio rice 1 cup
    Hot water 2-3 cups
    Zucchini, finely diced 170g
    Parsley, finely chopped 3 tbsp
    Grated parmesan 1/2 cup
    Free range egg, whisked 1
    Panko crumbs 1 cup
    Vegetable oil

    Instructions

    Method
    1. In a medium sized frypan, add the oil and garlic from both tins of Sirena Garlic Infused tuna. To this add the zucchini and sauté for a few minutes
    2. Add the parsley and rice, coating each grain in the oil before adding 1 cup of water.
    3. Cook on low heat until water is absorbed before adding another cup. Do this until rice is just cooked through.
    4. Once cooked, allow to cool before adding to a bowl along with egg, panko crumbs and parmesan.
    5. Form into 5cm round balls and fry in a shallow pan with hot oil until golden. Drain on a paper towel and season with salt. Enjoy.
