American Tuna is owned and operated by six American pole-and-line fishing families. With generations of traditional pole-and-line methods being passed down, these fishers source this tuna responsibly and sustainably using one-by-one fishing methods which work in harmony with the ocean. They only fish from the MSC certified American pole-and-line albacore fishery and can trace back from the can you buy to the vessel the fish is from. All the albacore tuna fished for American Tuna products is then hand filleted and hand packed in Oregon, with a low Mercury count and a high amount of flavour. This tuna is high in Omega 3 with 42g’s of Protein per 6oz serving! Moreover, no water, broth, oil, soy, preservatives, or fillers have been added.
