What you'll need

Ingredients Quantity
Sirena Tuna in Olive Oil 425g
Fresh or dried breadcrumbs 75g
Eggs 2
Onion, finely chopped 1/2
Spring onions 2
Grated parmesan 25g
Fresh lemon juice 1 tbsp
Capers, roughly chopped 20g
Oregano 1/4 tsp
Salt and pepper To taste
Milk burger buns 6
Red cabbage, finely sliced 1 handful
Rocket 1 handful
Chilli mayo To taste
Butter

Instructions

Method
  1. Whisk eggs with lemon juice and add breadcrumbs, parmesan and seasoning. Leave to sit for a few minutes, then add tuna, onion, spring onion and herbs, seasoning further if needed. Mix together till firm.
  2. Sprinkle the capers over the mixture, then shape into six medium sized patties.
  3. Fry patties in butter on medium heat until golden brown.
  4. Serve in milk buns with chilli mayo, rocket and red cabbage.
